HARAM hukumnya adakan PRU jika SPR & JPN tidak diaudit

~ KOMEN: Penulis amat tertarik dengan pandangan ini. Jika sekiranya audit dilakukan ke atas SPR dan JPN sudah pasti segala bentuk korupsi UMNO di dalam dua entiti ini akan terdedah. Sehubungan dengan itu, penulis berpendapat adalah HARAM untuk Najib Razak membubarkan parlimen untuk diadakan Pilihan Raya Umum selagi proses audit tidak dilakukan ke atas SPR dan JPN. Jika PRU diadakan juga maka kerajaan yang terbentuk selepas itu adalah sebuah KERAJAAN HARAM sama seperti KERAJAAN HARAM ISRAEL. Apa fatwa mufti-mufti dalam hal ini, ada brani?

Audit antarabangsa boleh bersih daftar pemilih

KUALA LUMPUR, 24 Ogos: Daftar pengundi negara ini hanya boleh dianggap bersih jika ia diaudit oleh badan audit yang diiktiraf di peringkat antarabangsa, kata Naib Presiden PAS, Salahuddin Ayub.

"Dengan begitu banyak pendedahan mengenai kecacatan yang amat meragukan dalam daftar pemilih dan dengan pengakuan Pengerusi Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR) sendiri bahawa memang terdapat kesilapan dalam daftar pemilih, satu-satunya cara untuk memastikan daftar pemilih yang ada kini diyakini bersih ialah dengan melantik badan audit bebas yang diiktiraf di peringkat antarabangsa," katanya.

Salahuddin juga menolak dakwaan Pengerusi SPR. Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Yusof kononnya kesilapan dalam daftar pemilih kononnya hanya 0.0001 peratus sahaja.

"Selagi daftar pemilih tidak diaudit oleh badan audit bebas yang diiktiraf diperingkat antarabangsa, apa sahaja dakwaan kerajaan dan SPR tidak akan mendapat keyakinan umum malah akan lebih dipertikaikan dan terus tidak dipercayai," kata Ahli Parlimen Kubang Kerian itu.

Salahuddin mencadangkan badan-badan audit yang dihormati di peringkat antarabangsa seperti Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), Ernst & Young (EY) atau KPMG untuk melaksanakan audit ke atas daftar pemilih negara ini.

"Saya berkeyakinan badan-badan audit sedemikian lebih dari mampu untuk mengaudit daftar pemilih negara ini malah hasil audit mereka boleh mendapat keyakinan umum," kata Salahuddin.

Daftar Pemilih yang bersih adalah salah satu dari lapan tuntutan utama Gabungan Pilihan Raya Bersih dan Adil (Bersih 2.0) ke arah memperbaiki perjalanan dan pengendalian pilihan raya negara ini.

Tuntutan lain ialah supaya SPR mereformasikan undi pos, gunakan dakwat kekal, masa kempen minima 21 hari, akses media yang bebas dan adil, kukuhkan institusi awam, hentikan rasuah dan hentikan politik kotor.

Para pembaca, semoga Allah subhanahu wata’ala senantiasa merahmati kita semua. Setiap insan tentu berharap dan mendambakan kehidupan yang bahagia di dunia dan lebih-lebih di akhirat kelak. Hal ini tidaklah bisa dicapai kecuali dengan menerima segala apa yang datang dari Allah subhanahu wata’ala dan mengikuti petunjuk Rasulullah shalallahu ‘alaihi wasallam. Allah subhanahu wata’ala berfirman (artinya):

“Dan barang siapa menaati Allah dan Rasul-Nya, maka sesungguhnya ia telah mendapat kemenangan yang besar.” (Al Ahzab: 71)

Dan demikian pula sebaliknya, segala bentuk kehinaan dan malapetaka bersumber dari sikap antipati dan berpaling dari peringatan Allah subhanahu wata’ala dan peringatan Rasulullah shalallahu ‘alaihi wasallam. Adalah sunnatullah, tidak ada seorangpun yang menolak dan mendustakan ajaran yang dibawa oleh para nabi, kecuali ia akan hina dan binasa. Allah subhanahu wata’ala dengan tegas menyebutkan dalam firman-Nya (artinya):

“Sesungguhnya telah diwahyukan kepada kami bahwa siksa itu (ditimpakan) atas orang-orang yang mendustakan dan berpaling.” (Thaha: 48)

Lihatlah kisah umat-umat terdahulu seperti kaum ‘Ad, Tsamud, Qarun, Fir’aun dan Haman, Allah subhanahu wata’ala telah membinasakan mereka disaat mereka mendustakan dan berpaling dari ajaran yang dibawa oleh nabi yang diutus kepada mereka. Demikian pula apa yang telah terjadi pada umat nabi Muhammad shalallahu ‘alaihi wasallam, Allah subhanahu wata’ala telah menurunkan satu surat khusus yang berisi vonis kebinasaan bagi para pembangkang dan pengacau dakwah. Surat tersebut adalah Surat Al Masad atau dinamakan juga dengan surat Al Lahab. Surat ini terdiri atas 5 ayat dan termasuk golongan surat-surat Makkiyyah.
